New Issue-Bristol-Myers Squibb sells $2 bln notes in 3 parts

July 26 (Reuters) - Bristol-Myers Squibb Co on
Thursday sold $2 billion of senior unsecured notes in three
parts, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Deutsche
Bank, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
