Pitcher Josh Beckett, one of four players the Red Sox are trading to the Dodgers, created a Twitter account while on a plane to Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon and paid tribute to fans of his former team.
Wrote Beckett from @beck19bb: Hey this is josh beckett Just set this up to say thanks to the great fans of #redsox nation I enjoyed the good times we had.
