The Celtics ended their three-game road losing streak with a 89-81 win over the Hawks in Atlanta. It marked the Celtics' first two-game winning streak since Dec. 8 and 12.
The Celtics, who have won five of their last seven games against the Hawks, snapped Atlanta's three-game home winning streak. It was the just the Hawks' sixth home loss in 17 games at Philips Arena.
The Celtics trailed by 15 at halftime -- and 19 at one point -- but exploded to outscore the hosts, 33-9, in the third quarter.
